By accessing or using Effectsly ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Effectsly is a mobile application that uses AI technology to generate sound effects based on text descriptions provided by users.

• Credit-based usage system

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

• You must create an account to use the App
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App

4. Credits and Subscriptions

4.1 Credit System

• New users receive initial free credits

• Credits reset monthly based on your subscription tier

4.2 Subscription Plans

4.3 Billing

• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly
• Payment charged to Google Play account
• Cancel anytime; access continues until period ends
• No refunds for partial months

4.4 Price Changes

• We may change prices with 30 days notice
• Changes apply to new or renewing subscriptions
• Current subscribers keep their price until renewal

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of sound effects you generate
• You grant us a license to store and display your content
• You can delete your content at any time

5.2 Content License

By using the App, you grant us:

• Right to store your sound effects on our servers
• Right to display your content in the community library
• Right to use anonymous usage data to improve the service

5.3 Content Restrictions

You agree NOT to generate content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains hateful, violent, or illegal content
• Harasses or threatens others
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Violates any applicable laws

5.4 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms without notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You Agree To:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Respect other users' rights
• Follow community guidelines
• Report violations to us

You Agree NOT To:

• Attempt to hack or breach security
• Use automated systems (bots) without permission
• Reverse engineer the App
• Resell or redistribute generated content as a service
• Share your account with others
• Use the App for illegal purposes

7. Intellectual Property

• All rights not expressly granted are reserved

• AI models are powered by ElevenLabs
• Some features use third-party services
• Third-party content is subject to their licenses

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 Service Availability

• We provide the App "AS IS" without warranties
• We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We may modify or discontinue features anytime
• Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary downtime

8.2 AI-Generated Content

• Sound effects are AI-generated and may vary in quality
• We don't guarantee specific results
• You are responsible for verifying content suitability
• AI may occasionally produce unexpected results

8.3 Limitation of Liability

9. Advertising

9.1 Free Tier Users

• Free tier includes advertisements
• Ads are served by Google AdMob
• Ad content is selected by third parties
• You can remove ads by subscribing

9.2 Rewarded Ads

• Watch ads to earn credits
• Rewarded ad availability may be limited
• Credits granted after ad completion

10. Termination

10.1 By You

• You can delete your account anytime
• Cancelling subscription ends auto-renewal
• Unused credits are forfeited upon account deletion

10.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the service
• Harm other users

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Access to the App ends immediately
• Your data will be deleted within 30 days
• No refunds for remaining subscription time
• Outstanding payments remain due

12. Changes to Terms
